1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website pharma.webnixvend.com and all related pages, forms, panels and services (together, the "Platform") operated by Pharma Beat ("we", "us", "our").

By browsing the Platform, submitting an enquiry, registering a company or buying a package, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform does

Pharma Beat is a business-to-business (B2B) information and lead-generation platform for the pharmaceutical trade in India. We list PCD pharma franchise companies, third party manufacturers and related businesses, and pass enquiries from distributors, stockists and franchise seekers to them.

• We are not a manufacturer, seller, stockist or distributor of any medicine or product.
• We are not a party to any agreement, order, payment or supply between users and listed companies.
• Nothing on the Platform is medical advice, or an offer to sell any drug to the public.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Company accounts must be created by an authorised person and must hold the licences needed for their business (for example a valid Drug Licence under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and GST registration, where applicable).
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at pharmabeatofficial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• We may refuse, suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms or appears to be fake, duplicate or misleading.

4. Company listings and content

Companies are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of everything they publish — company details, product names, compositions, certifications, prices, offers and images ("Listing Content").

• Listing Content must not be false or misleading, must not infringe any trademark, copyright or other right, and must comply with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 and other applicable laws.
• Claims such as WHO-GMP, ISO, GLP or DCGI approval must be supported by valid certificates, which we may ask you to provide.
• By publishing Listing Content you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, format and promote it on the Platform and in our marketing.
• We review listings before approval, but approval is not a guarantee or endorsement. We may edit formatting, reject, or remove any content at our discretion.

5. Enquiries and buy leads

• When you submit an enquiry, you agree that we may share your name, phone number, email, location and requirement with companies that match it, so they can contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• Enquirers must submit genuine requirements and correct contact details. Fake, repeated or abusive enquiries may be blocked.
• Buy leads are provided "as received". We try to screen them, but we do not guarantee that any lead will result in business.
• Companies must use lead data only to respond to that requirement, and must not resell it or add it to unrelated marketing lists.

6. Packages, payments and refunds

• Paid packages give lead credits and features for a fixed validity period, as described on the Packages page at the time of purchase. Prices are in Indian Rupees and are subject to GST.
• Lead credits are deducted when a lead is purchased or unlocked. Unused credits expire at the end of the package validity and are not carried forward unless we agree in writing.
• Because leads are digital information delivered instantly, fees are generally non-refundable once a package is activated. If a purchased lead has clearly invalid contact details, report it within 7 days and we will review a replacement credit.
• If a payment is charged twice or fails but is debited, contact pharmabeatofficial@gmail.com; verified excess amounts are refunded to the original payment method.
• We may change package prices or features for future purchases. Changes do not affect a package already active.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that promotes prescription drugs directly to consumers;
• impersonate any person or company, or use another company's name or trademarks without authority;
• scrape, copy or harvest listings or contact data by automated means;
• upload viruses or attempt to interfere with the security or working of the Platform;
• use the Platform to send spam or for any purpose other than genuine pharma B2B business.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, text, graphics, logos, calculators, software and compilation of data belong to Pharma Beat or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, reproduce or republish any part of the Platform without our written permission. Company names and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party links and dealings

The Platform may link to company microsites, payment gateways, maps or social networks run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Any dealing between you and a listed company — including negotiation, agreements, monopoly rights, orders, payment, delivery and quality — is solely between you and that company. Please carry out your own due diligence, verify licences and sign written agreements before paying.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform, its listings, guides and calculators are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Calculator results and guides are for general information and are not legal, tax or financial advice. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing, lead or information is complete, accurate or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pharma Beat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data, arising out of your use of the Platform or your dealings with any company or user. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pharma Beat, its owners and team from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Listing Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, remove content or cancel a package, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law, or if required by a court or government authority. You may close your account at any time by writing to pharmabeatofficial@gmail.com.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us. Failing that, the courts at Panchkula, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Contact and grievance officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or use of the Platform may be sent to our Grievance Officer:
