Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg is a combination pain-relieving medicine. Aceclofenac is an NSAID that reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation, while paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever. It is commonly prescribed for conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, muscle pain, back pain, dental pain, and other painful inflammatory conditions.
