What is the minimum order quantity at Ultra Biolabs?
MOQ depends on the dosage form. Tablets and capsules usually start at 1,00,000 units per SKU, syrups at 5,000 bottles and ointments at 10,000 tubes. Send your list and we will quote the exact MOQ per product.
Is the plant WHO-GMP certified?
Yes. Ultra Biolabs works out of a WHO-GMP and ISO certified unit with Schedule M compliant sections and validated equipment. Certificates are shared before the agreement.
How long does one manufacturing cycle take?
A standard cycle is 25–35 working days from the day artwork and raw material are approved. Packing material lead time is usually what decides the final date.
Do you supply the packing material or do I?
Both options work. Most partners let Ultra Biolabs arrange the carton, foil and leaflet against approved artwork; you can also send your own printed material to the unit.
Which documents do I need to place an order?
A valid manufacturing or wholesale drug licence, GST certificate, trademark copy (or an application) and the product artwork. A loan licence route is also available.
Where is the unit located?
Ultra Biolabs operates from India with pan-India dispatch by surface and air transport.
